An agent with integrity, great price too! I would describe myself as a cynic. It’s part of the reason I’m good at my job. I don’t trust people very easily. I believe trust has to be earned. Efficient and Friendly “Alex was on hand and on time at every stage of the process from the initial consultation to the negotiation of offers, the signing of the contract, the pest and building inspection to the final settlement and handover of keys. The sale itself took less than a week from the date the property was listed and although there was only one interested buyer he was keen and cash-up.
