Meet & Greet

A meeting at your property is the best way to better understand your needs, discover the key selling features of the home and start devising a plan to best assist with your transition to a new property.

Our Pre-Sale Consultation

Our pre-consultation meetings are an integral part of the sales process to ensure we maximise the sale price by understanding the property in detail, and what you believe are the most important selling features. We place special attention on the presentation of every home including renovations, cosmetic refurbishments, and in some cases styling and furniture packages.

Campaign Design

The campaign design includes a discussion around the method of sale, which will help identify the differences between Auction and Private Treaty, or pricing versus not pricing the home. The campaign design will address all marketing methods to match the property and the current market climate, and will be delivered with real-time analytics.

Marketing Commences

Your tailored marketing schedule will be shared via a diarised calendar with all dates relating to photography, open homes, online exposure, and weekly meetings followed through systematically. Our regular communication will ensure you are well informed every step of the way.

Buyer Negotiation

During each open home viewing, prospective buyers will be asked a series of qualifying questions including if they would like to make an offer on the property. Competition via multiple offers is a proven path for success by leveraging interest and ensures the maximum price in the market is achieved.

Contract

Once successful negotiations have taken place, the contract is signed by all parties. To ensure relevant contract dates are met on time, our team is always in attendance at building and valuation inspections. Providing ongoing support throughout the conditional period is paramount when addressing property-related questions, preventing any unforeseen surprises.

Settlement Date

In order to settle the property successfully, we continue to work very closely with all parties to ensure the transaction comes to a close. All items pertaining to the property, including keys, will be collected prior to this date and passed on to the buyer at settlement. Once the property has settled, our working relationship will remain behind the scenes until you need us again.
