With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Matt has built his own successful career in real estate off the back of his past experience building and managing a development and construction company.
After moving to QLD, he loves to utilise his diverse experience in supporting investors looking to expand their portfolios efficiently, along with helping those looking to sell their properties as a senior selling agent.
Having transacted as a buyer’s agent for many years specialising in helping investors purchase development sites to help them sub-divide and maximise their returns, he moved into a managing director role when taking on the responsibility to help investors with sourcing and building their property portfolios. He has built a successful property management solution under Harcourts and continues to provide a market leading sales solution for all vendors looking to take advantage of his diverse experience on both sides of the fence.
As a company owner, he feels a strong connection to his landlords and enjoys helping them to achieve their goals using property as a main vehicle.

I dont take this lightly and love the thrill of over achieving on their expectations”.
